CATA'S NOTES:

Fruity and young wine of interesting complexity. Of a dark red color and with a very intense and deep aroma, in which the red fruits stand out. In mouth, has a very firm texture, with friendly tannins, those that make it an easy to drink wine.

PAIRING:

It combines very well with red meat, cecinas, pasta, stews and empanadas.

It is located at 500 km south of Santiago and its temperate Mediterranean climate is influenced by the ocean and the Andes mountain range at the foot of the mountain. Annual rainfall averages 1.200 mm and soils show great diversity, from clay loam to soils with rocky degradation and volcanic ash derivatives.

Winemaking:

Gentle pressing and de-stemming of all grapes before delicate grinding
Natural cold settling during 24 hours.
Inoculation with selected yeasts.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks in separate batches according to the specific characteristics of each batch.

CATA'S NOTES:

Greenish golden color wine. On the nose, aromas of tropical fruits are felt, money, and peach. Young wine, fresh and with a pleasant mineral character, full of flavors and textures. It's very smooth, ideal for every day.

PAIRING:

To accompany fish such as salmon, Maricos like machas and shrimp and white meat.

Winemaking:

The harvested grapes are cooled to 9ºC in order to protect the aromas. They are then gently pressed.
Natural cold settling during 24 hours.
Inoculation with selected yeasts.
Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16ºC.
Malolactic fermentation is not carried out

CATA'S NOTES:

Wine whose bright green color manifests its combination of herbs with fruits. Its perfume of citrus and floral aromas, freshness and its balanced acidity, give you a vibrant personality. Light and very juicy wine.

PAIRING:

It is recommended to accompany salads, raw fish (ceviche), spider crab and shrimp.
